📌 Cancellation Policy – The Art of Learning LLC
At The Art of Learning, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all students, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:
⏰ Cancellation Notice:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This gives us time to offer the spot to another student.
💵 Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will only be refunded 50% of the session fee.
🚫 No-Shows:
If a student does not attend a scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.
🔁 Rescheduling:
You are welcome to reschedule a session (with 24+ hours' notice) at no additional cost. We'll do our best to find a time that works for you.
🙏 Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen! Please reach out if you have a special situation—we’re happy to work with you when possible.
